Dear QJH Parents,
This year QJH is hosting the District UIL Academic Meet. In order to accommodate the almost 300 students competing, we will be allowing QJH students ONLY that are not involved in the UIL Meet on Tuesday, December 10th, to sign out early. Buses will NOT be running at this time and this is NOT a district-wide early release. It is optional. Parents who wish to sign their student out must do so in the front office beginning at 1:15. If someone else if picking up your child, the office must have written note to Ms. Reyes by 10:30 AM. This note needs to be signed by the parent with the name of the person with whom the student is leaving. If you have any questions, please call the QJH Office at (903)763-5000 ext. 2.
Thank you,
QJH Staff
