Shown are QHS Student Council members presenting a check to Wood County Constable Kelly Smith and his K-9 partner Juma. The Student Council raised $500 for Constable Smith and Juma in appreciation for their services provided to QHS/QISD. Constable Smith and Juma have visited several times throughout the year. QISD appreciates Constable Smith, Juma and all of our other Law Enforcement Officers and First Responders.
