Coach Scotty Almon, our Athletic Trainer, accompanied a few of our student athletic trainers to a Christus Trinity Mother Frances Splinting/Casting Workshop. The workshop was designed for student trainers to understand the use of emergency vacuum splints of severe fractures, plus use casting materials to form a temporary fixated splint for upper extremity fractures or ligament instabilities. It was a great experience!

I am so proud that our Board of Trustees supported our decision to let our counselor be a counselor at the secondary level. Thankful that our High School Principal found a way to move staff around to make this priority happen.
