I would like to apologize to our athletes, parents, and community for the statement that was quoted in today’s newspaper. I regret that my words might cause someone to question the commitment of our players. I have already addressed this issue with our team, and we are ready to play football Friday night.

Quitman Administrators and parents were treated to a pancake breakfast prepared by students on Wednesday. These students have been working on leadership and life skills.
The UTHealth Air One helicopter will be landing in the grassy area in front of the school tomorrow, 10/8/2019, at around 9:00AM. This is prearranged as part of an FCCLA guest speaker program and is NOT an emergency.
On Monday October 7th QISD is wearing Blue and Gold to show our love and support of SSISD.
A BIG congratulations to our Food Service Department on receiving a score of 100 on their Health Inspection! This is a perfect score for all campuses. Great job ladies. Thank you for taking care of our students and staff.
