We provide pre-kindergarten education to eligible students and have outlined the eligibility requirements within the pre-kindergarten application. The items below are REQUIRED to enroll your student in Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade.
The parent or legal guardian must have:
Birth certificate
Social security card
Immunization record/Affidavit
Driver’s license of parent/guardian who is enrolling student/Photo ID
Proof of residency (utility bill)
Final report card from the previous school year
Proof of Income (for Pre-K or Head Start enrollment ONLY)
