Ms. Audrey Klein's forensics classes gained some hands-on experience this morning with processing crime scenes. Ms. Klein set up three areas of "crime scenes" for training purposes. A "crime scene" was located in her classroom, the library and the technology office.
Ms. Klein said that the students were "learning how to gather and package evidence as well as analyze it and match it to a crime scene."
Students in Ms. Klein's first, second, and third period classes were all able to participate in processing a scene this morning. Klein stated that they will continue to do more hands-on, practical training as the year progresses.
