We wanted to inform you about a recent update to the Ascender Parent Portal that may affect your login experience.
As part of this update, the system now requires stronger passwords for enhanced security. You may be prompted to update your password the next time you log in. The new password requirements are:
- At least 16 characters long
- A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
- Includes numbers and special characters
- No spaces
These changes help protect your account and the sensitive information it contains.
