Boys Summer Plan 2021

Graduation: May 21st 2021
Week of May 24th-28th OFF (No Workouts)
Begin Workouts May 31st Monday thru Thursday (9 weeks)

Using May maxes we will conduct our weight room workouts from 7:00am till 8:00am
We will Condition and conduct agility drills from 8:00am till 9:00am
We will do sport specific drills from 9:00am till 10:00am
