QHS students competed in the Texas FCCLA Cupcake Battle this past weekend. Junior Atlantis Derouin took Overall first place for her Samoa cupcake, while freshman Emily Roman took third in the Presentation category. Both students are advancing to the State competition in April. Also participating were students Lillian Roberts, Molly Park, and Alyssa Callaway.
